Setting Up the Memory RX Mode

Press the or key to select UTILITY, and then press the Enter key.

ifying Settings in the Utility Menu” on page 36.

Press the or key to select FAX RX OPERATION, and then press the
Enter key.

Check that MEMORY RX MODE is selected, and then press the Enter key.

Using the or keys, select ON, and then press the Enter key.

Use the keypad to type in the time when memory reception mode begins, and
then press the Enter key.
The ending time input box appears.

To specify no start time, press the key without specifying a time.The pass-
word input box appears. Continue with step 7.

Use the keypad to type in the time when memory reception mode ends, and
then press the Enter key.
The password input box appears.

Enter the password, and then press the Enter key.
Memory reception mode is set.

The password is required for turning off memory reception mode or
changing the start/end times. Enter a 4-digit number.

To specify no password, press the Enter key without specifying a pass-
word.
