2.3.8 IEEE 1394
The MIL-BOOK 1000 provides a standard IEEE 1394 Fire Wire port for high-
speed connections. The “High Speed Serial Bus” is located on the right side
panel, next to the audio jacks.

NOTE
The length of the cable for IEEE 1394 port must be less than 4.5m or the system will not
support it. The system supports 15W power for the cable.
