Problems with the

cable

and

cradle

connection.

Solution

Make sure that your T-Mobile MDA III is turned on.

Make sure that you do not have any other active

connections. Tap

at the bottom of the screen, and then

Disconnect

Make sure that the cable is securely plugged into the

COM or USB ports on the back of your PC. Use the
cable that came with the T-Mobile MDA III without
any extra cables or extenders attached.

Plug the other end of the cable securely into the

correct port on your T-Mobile MDA III. If you are using
a cradle, push your T-Mobile MDA III securely into
the cradle.
