The Wolf electric steamer module allows
steam to surround the food that is being
cooked to prevent a loss of nutrients.
Steaming also allows food to retain its shape,
color and aroma.

The Wolf steamer module has an electronic
temperature control that closely regulates the
water temperature for optimal cooking
performance. The temperature range is 60˚C
to HIGH.
