Installation Types
PSII can be factory or field installed, as follows:
Factory Factory installations are for new Zebra printers that are built with the
internal
PSII option.
Field Field installations are for Zebra printers already in the field. The PSII option
can be installed on existing printers, as follows:
• External PSII —attaches to the printer parallel port
• Internal PSII —for the appropriate Zebra printers, this option connects directly
to the main logic board
