Using webcams

You can share your webcam view with other participants in a meeting. Consider the following points

before sharing your webcam view during a SMART Bridgit meeting:

l

See System requirements for compatibility information.

l

This feature is available only when the SMART Bridgit server administrator enables it on the

server.

l

If you're the owner or presenter of the meeting, you can disable remote webcams. You can still

share your webcam view but participants can't share theirs.

l

If you're a meeting participant and the presenter of the meeting disables remote webcams, you

can't share your webcam view. However, you can still see the presenter's shared webcam

view.

l

If you don't have a webcam, you can see the other participants' webcam views.

l

Up to four participants can share their webcam views at the same time.

l

Before you share your webcam, make certain that no other program is using it.

l

The resolution when sharing is typically 176 × 144 pixels and the frame rate is 5 frames per

second.
