If you see any yellow color in the window after

you have applied the initial drop of blood, a second
drop of blood may be applied to the Comfort Curve
within 15 seconds of the first drop. If more than 15
seconds have passed, the test result may be erro-
neous and you should discard the test strip and
repeat the test.
Although only a small amount of blood is needed, it
is very important that you put enough blood on your
test strip so that, at the end of the test, the entire
yellow window is completely and evenly colored
red. This ensures that your meter can produce
accurate and reliable results.

When blood is applied
correctly to the strip, a
box rotates on the dis-
play until measurement
is completed.
