Select [Yes] if you are using a Plug and Play capable operating system.
Select [No] if you need the BIOS to configure non-boot devices.

Resources Controlled By [Auto]

When set to [Auto], this allows the BIOS to automatically configure all the
boot and Plug and Play devices. When set to [Manual], you can assign the
available IRQ resources to the PCI devices.

Assign IRQ VGA [Enabled]

Allows you to enable or disable the option to assign an IRQ for the
onboard VGA. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled]

When the item Resources Controlled By is set to [Auto], the item IRQ
Resources is grayed out and not user-configurable. .
