Postal  registration  –  Take  a  copy  of  your  purchase  receipt  and  and  mail  it  to  your  closest  SM  
Pro  Audio  distributor  along  with  your  name,  address,  and  email  address.  (A  current  list  of  
distributors  is  to  be  found  on  the  SM  Pro  Audio  website.)  The  product  warranty  registration  

form  will  request  such  purchase  details  including  serial  no.,  date  of  sale,  Dealer  name,  as  well  
as  name  and  address  of  the  customer.  

If  a  defect  occurs  during  the  warranty  period,  contact  the  point  of  purchase  or  write  an  email  to  
[email protected]  

The  V-­‐Machine  can  only  be  returned  once  approval  has  been  sought  and  the  following  
conditions  are  met:  

1. The  unit  is  returned  in  its  original  package.    

2. A  detailed  description  of  the  defect  and  a  copy  of  the  purchase  receipt  are  included.  


All  shipping  costs  are  the  responsibility  of  the  end  user.
