Alert Methods
The Room Alert 32W monitor can send alert notifi cations via email and email-to-SMS using anonymous
SMTP relay. The Room Alert 32W monitor is fully SNMP compliant and can send SNMP Traps and/or
be accessed by any monitoring application that can issue a SNMP Get request.
Email
Email alert notifi cations are confi gured in the Room Alert 32W web interface on the ‘Email’ tab of the
‘Settings’ screen. Email alert notifi cations from the Room Alert 32W monitor are sent using anonymous
SMTP relay. Be sure the mail server being used is confi gured to allow this type of connection.
