System 1:

Verify that pump 1 is on. Compressor 1 and compressor 2 should be off.

Check the units (C or F, psi or bar). Change the units to whatever system is required. They should

be changed before permanent settings are made, because they only change the display of sensor

values, not setpoint values. For example, if the reservoir is at 68 F, and the setpoint is 50 F, changing

the units to C will change the reservoir temperature display to 20 C, but the setpoint will be 50 C, not

10 C.

Check the setpoints by pressing the SET button. They should match the default settings listed in the

MAINTENANCE section.

At the end of the setpoints screen is the compressor rotation screen. Rotation should be enabled.

Turn on compressor 1 (pump 1 must still be on) . If the setpoint is below the current tank temperature

the compressor will start. The fan will start after a short delay, and will slowly ramp up to speed. Scroll

through the current status screens to check return temperature of pump 1., and head pressure of

compressor 1. Record pump, compressor and fan amp draws, and fan operating speed (Hz).

System 2

At the ON/OFF screen, turn off compressor 1, and then turn on compressor 2. The rotation will now

automatically change from FORWARD to REVERSE. Compressor 2 will now cycle to maintain the

tank temperature.

If required, lower the setpoint to force this compressor to cycle.

When the compressor cycles, check the head pressure and amp draw. Record these values.
