Saving Voicemail Messages
Use the following procedure to save a voicemail message.
Forwarding Voicemail Messages
Use the following procedure to forward voicemail messages to another IP phone.

Step Action
1 Select Voicemail.
2 Click on the checkbox next to the voicemail message you want to save.
3 Click on <Save>.
The message is saved to the “Old” message box.

Step Action
1 Select Voicemail.
2 Click on <Fwd> next to the voicemail message you want to forward.
3 Specify destination extension, then click <Forward>. For example, 205.
The message forwards to the extension you specified.
