3. Select either Ascending or Descending and the data will be sorted
accordingly.
History
The History function keeps a running history of all transactions performed
within the Stockroom database. This feature is useful in identifying inven-
tory trends and for auditing purposes. History can only be viewed if the
history switch is turned on during setup; refer to
“Setting System Options”
on page 37 . Complete the following steps to view the history log:
1. Select Reports Command Tab > History group > History option from
the ribbon The History Details form appears.
