Introduction
Before you begin using IntelliTrack DMS Stockroom to assist with storing,
tracking, and managing your inventory, issues and receipts: activate the
features and options that you intend to use; set security options; and choose
system language and date and time formats. All of the functions to config-
ure the application are in the Tools Command Tab and Portable Command
Tab.
System Setup
The Options form contains four areas:
1. Company Information
2. Options
3. International Options
4. Pull Down Options
Each area of the form and the options available in it are discussed in the
sections that follow.
The selections found in the system Setup form are stored in the shared data
file DATASTE7.MDF and affect all users of the application.
To open the Setup form select Tools Command Tab > Setup Command Set
> Setup Selection. The Setup form appears with the Company Informa-
tion portion to the front. To move to different setup areas of the form,
select the desired button found along the bottom of the form.
