Running the History by Item Report
The History by Item Report shows all transaction history for the selected
item, including the site, item ID (for check out items), transaction date,
transaction time, transaction type, location, order number, transaction bal-
ance, as well as the current site balance and the quantity on hand for all
sites. To run the History by Item Report, please refer to the instructions
that follow.
1.
Select Reports > Reports > Stock option from the ribbon. The Reports
form appears.
2.
In the Reports form, select History by Item Report.
3.
Click the Criteria button.
4.
The History by Item Criteria form appears. Click the drop-down arrow
in the Item# field and select the item number for the report from the
selections available in the list.
