Enter the Email address for the customer/employee in the Email field.
Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Cust User3 field. This is a user
defined field. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Cust User4 field.
Enter customized information is the user defined fields, if you are using
them.

When you are finished adding information for a customer/employee,
you may either click the Close button to close the form and save your
data, or click the Add button to save the data and place the form in Add
mode for adding another customer/employee.

Warning: When entering data in the application, DO NOT USE special
characters or quotes with the exception of dashes, dots and spaces. Except
for dashes, dots, and spaces, if you use special characters or quotes when
entering data in the application, the database will become corrupted. For
more information, please refer to

“Precautions When Entering Data” on

page 42

To edit employee/customer information, click the drop-down arrow in the
Cust/Emp ID, Name, or Company field and select the record that you
want to edit. Next, edit the desired fields. When you are finished, click the
Close button to save the changes and close the form.

Deleting
Employee/
Customer
Information

You are able to delete an employee/customer record from the Employee/
Customer form. To delete a record, click the drop-down arrow in the Cust/
Emp
ID, Name, or Company field and select the record that you want to
delete. Next, click the Delete button found along the bottom of the form. A
message box appears, asking you if you want to delete the current record.
Click Yes to close the message box and delete the record from the sys-
tem.(Click No to cancel deleting the record. The message box closes and
you are returned to this record in the Employee/Customer form.)
