Introduction

Before you begin using IntelliTrack DMS Check In-Out to assist with stor-
ing, tracking, and managing your circulating inventory, we encourage you
to activate the features and options included with your system that you
intend to use; set security options; and choose system language and date
and time formats.

All of the functions to configure the application are in the Tools and Porta-
ble
Tabs of the ribbon.

System Setup

The Options form contains four areas:

Company Information

2.

Options

3.

International Options

4.

Pull Down Options

Each area of the form and the options available in it are discussed in the
sections that follow.

The selections found in the system Setup form are stored in the shared data
file DATACHE8.MDF and affect all users of the application.

To open the Setup form select the Tools > Setup > Setup from the ribbon.

The Setup form appears with the Company Information portion to the
front. To move to different setup areas of the form, select the desired but-
ton found along the bottom of the form.

Select Setup from the Tools > Setup > Setup from the ribbon.
