Negative Quantity: to allow negative quantity inventory adjustments
during the upload process, select the Allow option. If you do not want
to allow negative quantity adjustments, select the Reject option.

After setting the Record Rules (Add Record or Reject Record) for
each selection, select the Processing Mode for all records in the Pro-
cessing
Mode section of the form by selecting one of the following
options:
Process All Records: Processes all records. Rejected records are kept
in the Error Log.
Return On Each Error: Records processing stops when an error is
found. The error is sent to a log file.

Checking IIS
Setup

The Sync URL setting is the network path to the remote server/IIS loca-
tion. It is listed in the Preferences portion of the Batch Synchronization
Utility. You must enter the correct Sync URL setting (the network path to
the IIS server location) in the DMS Batch Synchronization Utility in order
for data upload and data download to occur. The setting depends upon your
Remote Data Access configuration. For more information about setting up
Remote Data Access for your system, please refer to

Remote Data Access

(RDA) Components, on page 18

The Sync URL setting is found in the Preferences portion of the DMS
Batch Synchronization Utility. To check the Sync URL setting into the
Batch Synchronization Utility, please refer to the instructions that follow.

From the Main screen, click the Preferences tab to bring this portion of
the form to the front.

Next, in the left pane of the form, select Upload Processing. The
upload processing options appear in the right pane of the form.
