Be cautious of all small removable components when vacuuming the system.

Turn the system off before cleaning the system.

ƒ

Never drop any objects or liquids through the openings of the system.

ƒ

Avoid eating, drinking and smoking within vicinity of the system.

A.2.2 Cleaning Tools

Some components in the system may only be cleaned using a product specifically

designed for the purpose. In such case, the product will be explicitly mentioned in the

cleaning tips. Below is a list of items to use when cleaning the system.

ƒ

Cloth – Although paper towels or tissues can be used, a soft, clean piece of

cloth is recommended when cleaning the system.

ƒ

Vacuum cleaner – Using a vacuum specifically designed for computers is

one of the best methods of cleaning the system. Dust and dirt can restrict the

airflow in the system and cause its circuitry to corrode.

A.3 FCC Precautions

WARNING:

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital

device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide

reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This

equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed

and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio

communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a

particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or

television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the

user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following

measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

ƒ

Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

ƒ

Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which

the receiver is connected.
