Bidirectional print position fine adjustment (BIDIR FINE VALUE)

For the selected media type, use this option to fine adjust the position of all the printheads when using
bidirectional printing in FINE print mode.

Printhead cleaning mode (PH CLEANING)

Use this option to select an automatic printhead cleaning mode for the selected media type.

Parameters:

START & END — Performs cleaning at the start or end of the print based on the print history record.

DURING PRINT — Performs cleaning after a certain period of time even if the printer interrupts its
current print job. This option is recommended only for Glossy media.

DURING PRINT2 — Performs cleaning after a certain period of time even if the printer interrupts its
current print job.

NOTE

When the TENSION winding or BACK & FWD (MEDIA ADV MODE mode) is selected,

the printer will only use START & END even if you have selected DURING PRINT.

When DURING PRINT is selected, separator lines are generated on the print because cleaning is
performed during printing. However, cleaning is performed after completing the image around the separator
