Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration and Windows Server

If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008, be aware that
Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC) is enabled by default. If either of the
problems occur, you should disable IE ESC:

The loading animation freezes

Files cannot be downloaded from the servers running HTTPS

Restrictions related to web browsers

The following restrictions apply when performing operations in a web browser:

Do not use the web browser toolbars, menu bars, link bars, or buttons to perform Stop, Go To,
Refresh, or other operations. The only operations that can be successfully performed are printing
windows and resizing fonts from the menu bar.

Do not perform any operations from a context menu displayed in a web browser. A context menu
might appear when you right-click a web browser.
