Example disk list distribution scenario

Prerequisites for distribution destination hosts (disk configuration definitions)

HP StorageWorks P9000 for Business Continuity Manager Software or P9000 mainframe agent hosts
(with disk configuration definition files) must satisfy the following conditions to be distribution destination
candidates:

The DADIDs of the distribution destination candidate host are the same as the origin of distribution.

Except for the prefix portion, the names of the disk configuration definition files are the same at
the origin and destination. The disk configuration definition files that can be candidates for distri-
bution must be defined at the destination. For example, if there are six disk configuration definition
files defined at the origin, but only three of those are defined at the destination, only those three
files can be distributed.
