Replication between models of XP arrays is limited to the current model and two previous generations. For XP7 storage,
replication is supported with XP P9500 and XP24000/XP20000 directly. XP7 storage cannot directly replicate to or
from an XP12000/XP10000 disk array. It is possible to use an XP P9500 disk array, as an example, between an
XP12000 disk array and XP7 storage in a cascade configuration to move data between the XP7 storage and the XP12000
disk array.
