Extension

Each wireless phone must have an extension assigned to it, as well as having the same extension
administered in IP Office. This extension is used to register the wireless phone with IP Office.

1. To enter a new extension, press the number keys.

2. When done, press OK.

3. To quit without changes, press Up.

Password

A password must be entered in to the wireless phone, that matches the password administered in IP
Office. This password can be up to seven digits. If the IP Office unit has no password, leave this option
blank.

3. To quite without changes, press Up.

User-defined Preferences

The following user-defined preferences are also covered in the 3600 Series Wireless IP Phone User
Guide. Refer to this list for more information about customizing wireless phone settings.

To configure the following options, the phone must acquire the system (no error message may display)
and be at the extension display. To open the user options menu, press and hold FCN briefly. Use the
following keys to display and select options:

Up - return to the previous menu item.

Down - display the next menu item.

Select - select the menu item.

Power Off/End Call - exit menus.
