Office

With Office, you can view, edit, and create Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, view and
edit PowerPoint presentations, create notes, or search for and share document files with others.

1. From

Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap

Office.

2. Swipe left or right to display places.

Phone: Display the office documents saved on your phone. Tap

Search and

enter search terms to search in the list of documents. You can also tap the sample
documents to learn about using documents on your phone.

Email: View documents you’ve downloaded from emails. Tap

SkyDrive: Windows Live SkyDrive provides free storage so you can store your

documents online. SkyDrive is available if you have set up a Windows account on
your phone.

Office 365: Touch set up to set up your Office 365 account on your phone to access

your Office documents, calendar, and contacts

OneNote

Use OneNote to keep track of things, at home, work, or school. You can use text, pictures, or
audio to make a note to remind you to do something, plan something, and stay organized.
