TAKING PHOTO IMAGES
• You should set the Storage mode switch to CARD before
recording on a memory card.
• You can take photo images using the remote control.

1. Slide the POWER switch downwards to turn the DVD
camcorder on.
• Set the
Storage mode switch to CARD. page 30
2. Check the subject on the LCD screen. (Lens and LCD)
• Set the Lens open/close switch to open ( ).

3. Press the PHOTO button to take the picture.
• A shutter sound is heard. The photo image is recorded
with the “ Photo capture” message appeared.
• While saving the photo image on the memory card, you
cannot proceed with the next recording.
• You can use the zoom function while recording.

• The number of photo images that can be stored
depends on the quality and size of the image.

• The photo image is taken only in the 4:3 aspect ratio
on the memory card.
• Audio will not be recorded with the photo image on
the memory card.
• Please check the protection tab setting on your
memory card before recording.
You may not be able to record when it is locked.
• If focusing is diffi cult, use the manual focus function.

• Do not operate the POWER switch or remove the
memory card while accessing the storage media. It
may damage the storage media or data.
• Photo images are actually wider than what appears
on the LCD screen.
• The recorded photo image size is 800X600.
CAPTURA DE IMÁGENES FOTOGRÁFICAS
• Debe colocar el interruptor del Modo de almacenamiento
en CARD antes de grabar en una tarjeta de memoria.
• Puede tomar imágenes fotográfi cas utilizando el mando a
distancia. página 13 (sólo SC-DX105)
1. Deslice el interruptor POWER hacia abajo para encender la
videocámara con DVD.
• Coloque el interruptor del Modo de almacenamiento en
CARD. página 30
2. Encuadre el sujeto en la pantalla LCD. (Objetivo y LCD)
• Coloque el interruptor de Abrir/cerrar objetivo en
abierto ( ). página 10
3. Presione el botón PHOTO para capturar la imagen.
• Se oye el sonido del obturador. La imagen fotográfi ca
se graba con el siguiente mensaje en pantalla “Photo
capture” (Captura Foto).
• Mientras se guarda la imagen fotográfi ca en la tarjeta
de memoria, no es posible continuar con la siguiente
grabación.
• Mientras graba puede utilizar la función de Zoom.

• El número de imágenes fi jas que se pueden guardar
depende de la calidad de la imagen. página 55
• Las imágenes fotográfi cas se graban en la tarjeta de
memoria con una relación de altura/anchura de 4:3.
• El sonido no se grabará con la imagen fotográfi ca en
la tarjeta de memoria.
• Compruebe la colocación de la lengüeta de
protección en la tarjeta de memoria antes de la
grabación.
No podrá grabar con la lengüeta bloqueada.
• Si resulta difícil enfocar, utilice la función de enfoque
manual. página 70
• No accione el interruptor POWER ni retire la
tarjeta de memoria mientras accede al soporte de
almacenamiento. Existe la posibilidad de que se
dañe el soporte de almacenamiento o los datos.
• Las imágenes fotográfi cas son en realidad más
anchas de lo que aparecen en la pantalla LCD.
• El tamaño de imagen grabada es 800x600.
