MAKE A CALL
Accept a Call
If the telephone number was entered into the telephone book of your system telephone,
the telephone number with the corresponding name will be shown on the display - as
soon as the telephone has recognized the number. If you are called, the display shows
the number or name of the caller even before you pick up the receiver. Preconditions for
the indication of the telephone number of an external caller:

The call origin was a digital network.
ț
The caller did not suppress the telephone number presentation.
If the number is not available, only „incoming call“ will be displayed.

If you are not available or cannot accept the call for another reason, the caller’s tele-
phone number will be stored if available. Then you can directly dial the number from the
caller’s list to start a recall (see
page 22 ).
