The internal telephone numbers and short-code dial numbers of the PBX cannot be
changed by the telephone.
If you like to leave the menu without dialing the telephone number, please press the
menu key

Mute the Microphone
If you like to ask a question to somebody in the room and you do not like your calling
partner on the phone to listen in to it, you can temporarily mute the microphone.
Deactivate the Ringer temporarily
If your telephone rings, but you do not like to take the call at this moment, you can switch
off the ringer of your telephone by pressing the OK key

. The next call will be signalized
again via ringing.

You are in a call (the microphone is switched on).
Switch off the microphone.
O
Switch on the microphone.
