Talk with both Calling Partners alternately (Alternation)
If you started a query and liked to talk to both calling partners alternately, you could
switch from one partner to the other by pressing the R key

.
Finish a Query Call
You finish a query call by pressing the R key

. You are now connected with the call
partner you like to disconnect and finish this call by pressing the Alt key
A
.
Dial a Telephone Number on a Direct Exchange Line Telephone
If your system telephone is configured as a Direct Exchange Line Telephone (with the
configuration program of the PBX), you will hear the external dial tone right after picking
up the receiver. To call an external connection, you have to dial the external telephone
number without the exchange line access number „0“.
To make other types of calls (internal call, speed dialing, exchange line selection, private
exchange line access, PABX programming), press the little star key
*
twice first each
time.
