Which telephone numbers you can dial in addition to the internal and external ones is
described in the operation manual of the PBX.
In case of an external telephone number do not forget to enter the exchange line access
number „0“.
If you like to connect an external calling partner with an internal subscriber, you can go
on-hook as soon as you have dialed the internal telephone number. (Blind Transfer).
The Subscriber called in a Query does not take the Call - Finish the Call
If you like to call someone but he does not take the call, you would normally hang up the
receiver. But if you do this out of an existing call while are calling another subscriber for
a query, you would also disconnect the connection with the caller waiting in the back-
ground or start a Blind Transfer. You should press the Alt key
A
instead if you like to
finish the call.
The Subscriber called in a Query is busy - Finish the Call
If you like to call someone but his connection is busy, you would normally hang up. But
if you do this out of an existing call while are calling another subscriber for a query, you
would also disconnect the connection with the caller waiting in the background. In this
case the PBX will disconnect the system telephone COMfort DECT from the busy call
after a few seconds. Then you will be connected with your first calling partner again.
