OSPF

2

Previously, modifying the deadinterval, hellointerval, pollinterval,
transitdelay, rxminterval, authentication, password, or boost1 parameters
of the set ospf interface command caused the router or switch to drop
neighbour adjacencies. These parameters now can be modified without dropping
the neighbour relationships.

Previously, modifying the stubmetric and authentication parameters of the set
ospf area
command caused the router or switch to drop the neighbour
adjacencies on the area. These parameters now can be modified without
dropping the neighbour relationships.

Previously, modifying the effect of the set ospf range command caused the
router or switch to drop the neighbour adjacencies on all the interfaces of the
range. This parameter now can be modified without dropping the neighbour
relationships.

User

2

If users were defined on a RADIUS server for the purpose of 802.1x or firewall
authentication, then these users were also given console login rights with user
privilege. The default behaviour has been changed so that console login is only
authorised through explictly setting the service-type attribute of the RADIUS
record to Login (for User Privilege), NAS prompt (for Manager privilege), or
Administrative (for Security Officer privilege).

STP

2

If ports that were members of a trunk group were also members of multiple
VLANs, and those VLANs were spread across more than one STP instance, the STP
states of the ports were not always being set correctly.

STP was correctly disabled on the non-lead trunk members for only the first STP
instance that they belonged to. For the remaining STP instances that they
belonged to, STP was not being disabled on the non-lead ports.

This issue has been resolved, so that STP is disabled on all the non-lead ports for
all the STP instances that they are members of.
