Battery Select and Clear CMOS (J9)
This jumper sets the CMOS data retention power supply by
internal battery, external battery, or clear CMOS.

For high-drive ISA bus systems, in order to increase system
stability, you may delay the ISA timing for 1 or 2 clock pulses.
