Press the jog dial to enter.
The group setting of the selected
group is released.

On the remote control

1 Press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more.
2 Turn the control repeatedly until “GROUP”

flashes in the display, and then press

x

to

enter.

3 Turn the control repeatedly until “GROUP

ON” appears in the display and then press

x

to turn group mode on.

4 Select a group that you want to release and

check the contents (see “Selecting and
playing groups (Group Skip Mode)”
(page 41)
).

5 Press x.
6 Press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more while

the track you want to move is playing.

7 Turn the control repeatedly until “EDIT”

flashes in the display, and then press

x

to

enter.

8 Turn the control repeatedly until

“GPRelease” flashes in the display, and then
press

x

to enter.

“Release?” and “PushENTER” appear in the
display.

9 Press

x

to enter.

To cancel moving

• On the recorder

Press CANCEL.

• On the remote control

Press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more.

Moving recorded tracks

You can change the order of the recorded
tracks.

Example
Move track C (track number 3) from the
third to the second track.

On the recorder

While playing the track you want to
move, press the jog dial.

2

Turn the dial until “EDIT” flashes in
the display, and then press to enter.
The recorder plays the selected track
repeatedly.
