While the display is flashing, press
ERASE button.
To cancel erasing
Press STOP before step 3.
Notes
• While “ERASE ALL“ is displayed in the display
window or the OPR indicator flashes in orange, do
not remove the “Memory Stick“, batteries, or the
AC adaptor. This may damage the data.
• An error message will appear in the display
window when you cannot erase all messages in a
folder. For more information, see
“Troubleshooting“ (page 61).

Erasing all messages in a
folder
You can erase all recorded messages in a folder,
but the folder itself will not be deleted. If you
want to delete a folder, see page 24.

Select the folder containing the
messages you want to erase.

“Recording Messages“ (page 12).

ERASE button for more than 1
second.
”ERASE ALL” will flash for 10 seconds.
