Line Keys and Programmable Keys
1. Press the Directory List, Callers List, or Redial List key. From the Directory List, Callers
List, or Redial List, scroll through the list to find the name and number that you wish to save
to your speeddial.
2. Press the Save key.
3. Press the selected speed dial. If the name is displayed with the number, both are saved to the
speed dial. If no name is displayed, you can enter the name using the phone’s key pad.
Editing Speeddial Keys
On the 6753i, you can edit a speeddial key using any of the following methods:
• Using the Aastra Web UI at the path:
— Operation->Programmable Keys
— Operation->Expansion Module Keys
— Operation->Keypad Speed Dial
• Using the IP Phone UI at the path:
— Options->Preferences->Speed Dial Edit.
The following illustration shows the path in the 6753i IP Phone UI for editing a speeddial key.
Use the following procedure to edit a speeddial key from the IP Phone UI.
1. Press on the phone to enter the Options List.
2. Select Preferences.

Note: *A speeddial key must be already configured on the phone to edit the key.

5. Set Audio
