– In European models, if [Header Position] of the Utility mode is set to [OFF] and [Fax Header Settings]
is changed to [Yes] from the Fax Header Settings screen, the header information is added outside
the original.
– In North American models, [Header Position] of the Utility mode cannot be set to [OFF].

Select the desired sender name from the list to change the sender name.

Touch [OK].
Returns to Communication Settings screen.

Touch [Close].
Returns to Fax/Scan screen.

Set other functions if required.

Specify the destination.
– For details regarding specifying destinations, refer to "Specifying only one destination" on
page 2-17 and "Specifying multiple destinations (broadcast transmission)" on page 2-26.

Press [Start] key.
– To stop the transmission, refer to "Stopping the transmission" on page 2-38.
– When you cannot send a fax, refer to "Troubleshooting" on page 4-2.
The scanned original is stored in the memory as a scheduled job and transmission is started.
