Sending a fax after specifying the E-mail Subject or Body (E-mail
settings)

E-mail Settings

E-mail Settings is a function to specify the Subject or Body of the E-mail or the original name of the attached
file at the time of Internet Fax transmission.

Sending a Fax after specifying the E-mail Settings

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load the original.

For details on loading originals, refer to "Loading the original" on page 2-9.

Specify the Internet Fax destination.

For details on specifying destination, refer to "Specifying only one destination" on page 2-17 and
"Specifying multiple destinations (broadcast transmission)" on page 2-26.

Touch [Communication Settings].

Touch [E-Mail Settings].

Touch [Document Name].

Specify the original name and Touch [OK].

When an original name is not specified, the original is named automatically. For details on original
name, refer to "Sending a fax after specifying the filename of the scanned data (Document Name)"
on page 6-22.

When original name is changed, [Document Name] of [Scan Settings] is also changed
correspondingly.
