Set the detailed information.
Setting Description Settings
Number The smallest free number is automatically
entered. You can change it to a number of your
choice.
This item is required. 1 - 10
Template Name Enter the name of the e-mail template.
This item is required. 40 characters
Subject Enter the subject of the e-mail template. 80 characters
Text Enter the text of the e-mail template. 1,024 characters

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Template” screen.
„ Copying e-mail templates
You can copy an e-mail template that is already registered to register a new e-mail
template.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Template”.

Select the checkbox of the e-mail template you want to copy.
You cannot copy multiple templates at the same time.

Click [Duplicate].

Change the settings to those for the new e-mail template to register.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Template” screen.
