„ Copying auto distribution settings
You can copy auto distribution settings that are already registered to register new auto
distribution settings.

Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7) .
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

Click [Machine Mgmt. Settings], and then [Auto Distribution].

Select the checkbox of the auto distribution settings you want to copy.
You cannot copy multiple settings at the same time.

Click [Duplicate].
The “Auto Distribution” settings screen is displayed.

Change the settings to those for the new distribution settings to register.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the settings and return to the “Auto Distribution” screen.
