Page Scan TimeOuts are used by the Module to answer to Connect Inquiries. So, if you set both
values to 0, the Module will not be Connectable.
Typical values are:
Full power:
Inquiry Interval = 0x400
Inquiry Window = 0x200
Page Scan Interval = 0x400
PageScan Window = 0x200
Low power:
Inquiry Interval = 0x320
Inquiry Window = 0x80
Page Scan Interval = 0x320
PageScan Window = 0x80
