Customising preferences of the AV function

Available options:
• Coloured keys:

Selects the desired preset colour.

• Custom 1, Custom 2, Custom 3:

Selects the registered colour in the
memory.

For details, refer to “Creating a user-
defined colour and storing it to memory”
on
page 103.

• Adjust:

Switches to the colour editing status.

• Initialise:

Initialises all illumination colour settings to
the factory default.

Creating a user-defined colour and
storing it to memory

You can create a user-defined colour and set
it as the illumination colour.

1. Display the “System” screen.

For details, refer to “Displaying the screen
for system settings” o
n page 101.

2. Tap [Key Colour].

The “Key Colour” screen appears.

3. Tap the key [Custom 1] to [Custom 3] that

you want to set.

4. Tap [Adjust].

5. Tap the item you want to set.

Watch the illumination of the hardware
buttons while adjusting the colour.

Adjusts the colour
Adjusting the colour contrast lets you create
more delicate nuances of colour.

6. Tap [Enter] to return to the previous

screen.

If you tap [Cancel], the storage process is
cancelled.

Changing the screen visual

You can change the screen visual.

1. Display the “System” screen.

For details, refer to “Displaying the screen
for system settings” on
page 101.

2. Tap [Theme].

3. Tap the item you want to set.

• White (default):

The screen changes to the white pattern.

• Red:

The screen changes to the red pattern.

• Blue:

The screen changes to the blue pattern.

Setting the anti-theft function

You can set a password for the navigation
system. If the back-up lead is cut after the
password is set, the navigation system
prompts for the password at the time of next
boot up.

1. Display the “System” screen.

for system settings” on
page 101.

2. Tap [Password].

3. Tap [On].

The “Password” screen appears.
