Common notes
• The navigation system may not operate
correctly, depending on the application
used to encode WMA files.
• Depending on the version of Windows
Media™ Player used to encode WMA files,
album names and other text information
may not be correctly displayed.
• The navigation system is not compatible
with packet write data transfer.
• Folder selection sequence or other
operations may be altered, depending on
the encoding or writing software.
• Regardless of the length of blank section
between the songs of original recording,
compressed audio discs play with a short
pause between songs.
Example of a hierarchy
The following figure is an example of the tier
structure in the disc. The numbers in the
figure indicate the order in which folder
numbers are assigned and the order to be
played back.

• This product assigns folder numbers. The user
cannot assign folder numbers.
• If there is a folder that does not contain any
playable file, the folder itself will display in the
folder list but you cannot check any files in the
folder. (A blank list will appear.) Also, these
folders will be skipped without displaying the
folder number.
