/I STANDBY/ON

When power is turned on, the power indicator in the

center of the button will light.

• Press this button to switch the unit ON/OFF. To turn

power ON, press the button until it remains in the

depressed position.

STANDBY indicator

Lights when power is in the STANDBY mode.

PURE AUDIO indicator

Lights when Pure Audio function is ON (page 12).

Hi-Bit 32 indicator

Lights when Hi-Bit 32 function is ON (page 12).

Press to open and close the disc tray (page 9).

FUNCTION

Use to change the input source. The source changes as

below.
DISC

iPod/USBDIG IN 1DIG IN 2  Return

to the beginning (Undisplayed).

Press to stop playback.

Press to start playback. During playback, pause/

unpause playback.

10 Remote sensor

Receives the signals from the remote control (page 4).

11 iPod/USB port

Use to connect your Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad (page 10)

or connect a USB device (page 11).

12 Disc tray

(page 9)

Press to return to the beginning of the currently playing

track. Press twice to return to the beginning of the

previous track. When the button is held depressed, the

currently playing track will be reversed at fast speed.

• When pressed again during fast reverse, the speed

of fast reverse will change in four steps.

Press to advance to the beginning of the next track.

When the button is held depressed, the currently playing

track will be forwarded at fast speed.

• When pressed again during fast forward, the speed

of fast forward will change in four steps.

USB/iPod

Lights during playback of USB flash memory or iPod/

iPhone/iPad.

DACmode

Lights when using the unit as a D/A converter (page 12).

SACD/CD/DSD

The indicator lights corresponding to the currently

playing disc type.

PGM

Lights during programmed playback (page 9).

TRK

Lights when displaying the track number together with

either the elapsed playing time or remaining playing

time.

FILE

Lights when a file name is displayed.

REPEAT

Lights during repeat playback (page 9).

RANDOM

Lights during random playback (page 9).

ALL

Lights during disc-repeat playback (page 9).

10 TOTAL

Lights when the disc’s remaining playing time is

displayed.

11 REMAIN

Lights when displaying the remaining playing time for

track or disc.

Lights when the sound retriever function is ON

(page 12).

13 SET UP

Lights when setting the auto power-down function

(page 12).

14 ALC

Lights when Auto Level Control function is ON (page 12).
