12 Guarantee and

service

If you need service or information, please visit the

Philips website at www.philips.com or contact the

Philips Consumer Care Centre in your country

(you find its phone number in the worldwide

guarantee leaflet). Your HomeRun has been

designed and developed with the greatest possible

care. In the unfortunate case that your robot

needs repair, the Consumer Care Centre in your

country will help you by arranging any necessary

repairs in the shortest possible time and with

maximum convenience. They can, for instance,

arrange a courier service to collect your robot

and return it when it is repaired.

If there is no Consumer Care Centre in your

country, go to your local Philips dealer.

11 Environment

1 The non-rechargeable batteries of the

remote control and the rechargeable battery

of the robot contain substances that may

pollute the environment. Do not throw

away rechargeable and non-rechargeable

batteries with the normal household waste,

but dispose of them at an official collection

point for batteries. Always remove the

non-rechargeable batteries of the remote

control and the rechargeable battery of the

robot before you discard and hand in your

HomeRun at an official collection point.

2 Do not throw away the homeRun with the

normal household waste at the end of its life,

but hand it in at an official collection point for

recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve

the environment.
