Note:
When you put back the front wheel, make sure
the rings are attached on both sides of the wheel.
If one or both bearing rings are missing, contact
the Philips Consumer Care Centre.
7.8 Cleaning the side brushes

To remove a side brush from the robot, grab
two arms of the side brush and pull the side
brush upwards with two hands.

Remove dust and dirt from the side brush
with the comb end of the cleaning tool or
with your fingers.

To remount the side brush, align the hole in
the centre of the side brush with the half-
round mounting pin on the bottom of the
robot and push the side brush into position

Repeat steps 1 to 3 to clean the other
side brush.

Remove the front wheel from the robot (1)
and remove dust and dirt from the wheel
with the brush end of the cleaning tool (2).

Note:
You can find the cleaning tool on the inside of the
dust container compartment cover (see section
‘Emptying the dust container’ in this chapter).

Note:
When you remove the front wheel, be careful not
to lose the loose rings on either side. These rings
are intentionally loose to enable easier cleaning.

Put the front wheel back into the robot (1).
Then place the front wheel retainer over the
front wheel and press it home until the latch
hooks lock into place with a click (2).
