The digital temperature display indicates
the interior temperature of the refrigera-
tion appliance to the exact degree and
can be easily read from the outside,
giving a quick overview without having to
open the appliance.
Using the infrared key, temperature data
can be read directly from the interface at
the front of the ProfiPremiumLine elec-
tronics system and transferred to a PC or
laptop for documentation purposes. The
infrared key and associated software are
available as accessories.
The integrated temperature alarm signals
if the lower or upper thresholds have been
breached. This alarm is equipped with
acoustic and visual signals to provide
maximum security for the goods stored.
The appliances detect if a door has been
left open or not shut properly and draw
attention to this by means of an integrated
acoustic and visual door open alarm. This
alarm has a one-minute delay, which can
be adjusted if necessary.
A volt-free contact can be used to integrate refrigerators or freezers into an existing
warning system, to notify security personnel or a caretaker of malfunction outside
normal working hours. Warning systems can be equipped with acoustic or visual alarms.
The serial bus interface can be used to connect appliances to an external monitoring
system. If no interface-connectable monitoring system is available, an interface converter
retrofit kit is available as an accessory, which can be connected to a PC or laptop. The
bus interface can be used to switch and network up to 20 appliances in series.
