Remove the belt. Install the new
belt

Verify the belt is seated in the
grooves of both pulleys

Verify the Engine Adjustment
Strap Lock-nut is loose then
tighten the Adjustment Strap
(J)
Check belt tension
(proper tension 1/8" deflection of
the belt)
(K)
Tighten Engine Mounting Plate
(L)
Install the Belt Guard
DO NOT use a screwdriver when installing new belts. NOTE:
