Note
Always insert the red plug into the red socket. This is the only way
that shielding against electrical interference can be ensured.
3.5 Inserting the sample holder
The sample holder has to be fully filled to ensure uniform temperature dis-
tribution in the samples (see "Preparing samples", page 26).
Proceed as follows:
1 Guide the sample holder on the mounting bracket into the wet end
so that the slot between sample positions 1 and 12 ends up located
at the front at the lamp holder (2-4).

Ensure that the cylindrical guide on the bottom of the sample hold-
er's mounting bracket clicks in place in the holder (2-5).
