You can edit a specific speed dial number.
Press Directory ( ) in the operator panel.

Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Fax and then press Select (

Enter the speed dial number you want to edit or select the speed dial number by pressing Scroll ( or
) and then press Select (

Enter the correct fax number you want and then press Select (
).
6.
Enter the correct name you want and then press Select (
).

If you want to edit another speed dial number, repeat from step 5 .

OR
Press Cancel (
) to return to the Standby mode.
Sending a Fax using a Speed Number
Load the document(s) face up with top edge in first into the DADF.

Place a single document face down on the document glass.

Adjust the document contrast and resolution to suit your fax needs.
