3 Open the computer cover (see page 59).
4 Disconnect the cable from the back of the CD drive.
5 Remove the Media Card Reader and bracket from its packaging.
6 Make sure the USB cable and IEEE 1394 cable are connected to the back of the Media Card
Reader.
7 Connect the USB cable on the back of the Media Card Reader to the front panel USB
connector on the system board (see page 62).
8 Connect the IEEE 1394 cable on the back of the Media Card Reader to the front panel
IEEE 1394 connector on the system board (see page 62).
